If life is a struggle physically or emotionally, Reflexology is a nurturing and supportive natural therapy. Deep relaxation and targeted work on the systems of the body can really help to rebalance your body & mind and give you back your get up and go.
Each client is different and will have a different range of needs. We will explore what is and isn't going well during your consultation before your first session. This helps me to plan your bespoke treatment to help you get the best results.
Please be aware all children and young people will need to be chaperoned during their appointment by a care giver, in line with my associations safeguarding advice and guidance.
Teen Reflexology
The teenage years can be exceptionally challenging for some young people with pressure from a variety of sources including school & exams, family & relationship challenges, bereavement, loss, change, body image and much more.
Reflexology can really help to ease these very challenging times and feelings.
My young clients, who are often a little wary often tell me how much better they feel. Parents are often able to notice significant positive changes in their teens outlook, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
