Hi I'm Emma a Reflexologist living & working in Wotton, in the Surrey Hills, just outside Dorking. I have been a holistic therapist since 1996 and have a huge amount of experience and skill in supporting my clients to get back to feeling great or even better than you did before!
My special area of interest is women's well-being. Women come for support for many different reasons. Peri Menopause, Menopause & beyond support, period problems, journey to parenthood (wanting to conceive), pregnancy reflexology, period problems and teen year struggles and emotional support during periods of grief, divorce, trauma and loss.
What I love about my work is that all it takes is one session to begin the journey to a more positive, happier, more balanced and energised you. However it doesn't all happen in one session, the body and mind need some regular sessions too encourage the new and very positive normal.

I am trained to support clients through their journey to parenthood, from pre-conception to post-natal care.
Wanting to become a parents can put a huge strain on relationships & create unhelpful pressure for both women & men, so prepare your body & mind with my bespoke Reflexology.
I offer Reflexology to both the birth mother and her partner.

Foot Reflexology for Adults, Young People and Children
If life is a struggle physically or emotionally, Reflexology is a nurturing and supportive natural therapy. Deep relaxation and targeted work on the systems of the body can really help to rebalance your body & mind and give you back your get up and go.
Each client is different and will have a different range of needs. We will explore what is and isn't going well during your consultation before your first session. This helps me to plan your bespoke treatment to help you get the best results.
Please be aware all children and young people under 16 will need to be chaperoned during their appointment by a care giver, in line with The Association of Reflexologists safeguarding advice and guidance.
Teen Reflexology
The teenage years can be exceptionally challenging for some young people with pressure from a variety of sources including school & exams, family & relationship challenges, bereavement, loss, change, body image and much more. Reflexology can really help to ease these very challenging times and feelings.
My young clients, who are often a little wary at their first appointment tell me how much better they feel after a few appointments. Parents are often able to notice significant positive changes in their teens outlook, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
