Hi I'm Emma and my passion is supporting women to achieve better health and wellbeing using my bespoke foot Reflexology. I specialise in supporting all women, girls & those in the LGBTQ+ community are warmly welcomed & I am an ally.
My special areas of interest include Peri menopause & Menopause, Burnout & Overwhelm, Cycle Support & Time for Change.
Physically client want support with poor sleep, period issues, PMDD & PMS, high blood pressure, a prediabetic diagnosis, thyroid issues, high cholesterol, back & neck pain, aching body, frozen shoulder, no energy & exhaustion.
Emotionally clients often want help with stress & tension, crippling anxiety, low mood, periods of despair following divorce, bereavement, grief, loss & trauma and when wanting a fresh start.
I started my holistic therapists journey, training as a massage therapist in 1996. I always had a treatment room in my home and worked in the evenings and weekends fitting in around my day time work and raising three children alone.
In 2017 I decided to leave my full-time job in family support and train in reflexology so that I could focus on supporting women's health & wellbeing. I have a wealth of experience using holistic therapies & coaching strategies. 9 pride myself on taking the time to discover exactly what support you need and how to get the results you are looking for.

Journey to Parenthood (Fertility)
I trained at The London School of Reflexology to support clients through their journey to parenthood, from pre-conception, through pregnancy, to post-natal care.
